Automatic, microprocessor-controlled CNC specimen milling machine (cutter), for the production of standardized or non standarized specimens.
Technical characteristics:
- 3-Axis (X, Y, Z) milling table with a working area of 310 x 220 x 160 mm
- T-Slot table
- Various clamping and/or quick release fasteners for plates, semi-finished material, pipes, finished units for the production of standard specimens (e. g. for Tensile strength tests, etc.) are available
- Quick release fastener for the production of notched specimens(regarding the examination of the notched-bar impact-strength by means of pendulum impact testing machines)
- User friendly 2 or 3D-Software (CAD/CAM software) for the programming and/or controlling of the milling procedure
- HF spindel (1.1 KW) optionally available
- Data base for different specimen dimensions in accordance with relevant standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, etc..)
- Applicable also to engraving, boring, milling and/or working on forms and workpieces, etc.
