Safety Drying Chambers

Safety Drying Chamber Type FDL 115

The symmetrical air conduction throughout the inner chamber and the defined air-flow rates guarantee reproducible data and the exact definition of non-volatile compounds (NFA according to ISO 3251). The silicone, dust-free inner chamber reliably prevents undesirable changes in the paint surfaces. The large-surface filter cartridge attains a considerably higher filtration efficiency than e.g. filter fleece and reliably collects suspended particles from the fresh air. It can be replaced particularly easily as a whole unit, with no filter residues penetrating the inner chamber. The practical inner chamber width of 602 mm enables drying of all common test-sheet sizes.
Safety and paint-drying ovens in the FDL series fulfil all the safety regulations for handling substances containing solvents, in accordance with EN 1539 (formerly VBG 24).

Safety Drying Chamber Type MDL 115

The exemplary technical unit concept of the MDL 115 safety drying ovens and the high power reserves of the APT.Line temperature technology provide the technical basis for these high capacity drying ovens. These are the safety and quality professionals for precise, reproducible performance of high temperature quality tests. The MDL series has an extended temperature range up to 350 °C and extremely fast heating-up times. The MDL series is also especially suitable for testing coating materials for coil coating, but also for debinding processes.
The MDL series of high capacity drying ovens offer an extremely wide range of options for precise simulation of individual process sequences.
